Our fantastic 4 bedroom ,3 bathroom villa is located in the highly desirable and family friendly Indian Creek subdivision in Kissimmee, Florida.

 

Within 3 miles of Disney and adjacent to US192, our villa provides easy access to all of the area’s major attractions, shops and restaurants for your family to enjoy.
 

Villa Layout - 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (Sleeps 8-10 people):

 

Master bedroom 1 has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual wash basins and direct access to the pool area. 

 

Master bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. 

 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in between them and each have two twin beds, a TV and DVD Player.

 

​The main living room is equipped with a large sectional sofa, two chairs, a large TV, DVD player and patio doors to pool area. 

 

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you will need prepare any type of meal.

The eat-in kitchen is great for quick meals.​

The two-car garage has been converted to a game room and has a pool table, foosball table, and other fun kid-friendly games. 

 

Our solar-heated pool provides our guests with some much needed fun in the sun while the adjacent whirlpool spa is great for relaxing after a long day of touring the parks. The Pool and Spa area is completely screened in allowing all day fun. There’s a lanai area that has a table with 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a BBQ and a ceiling fan.   

 

The house has central heating and air conditioning.

 

Washer and dryer are located in a closed area in the garage.

 

For guests traveling with little ones, we provide the following:

• Child Safety Fence for the Pool Area

Towels and Linens are included in your stay.

Our property is self-service. As a courtesy, we provide starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, dish washing liquid, sponge etc.), once these supplies are exhausted, guests can purchase their own supplies. The property is minutes from a Walmart Supercenter.

Indian Creek has a park with playground, a soccer field, tennis courts and a putting green within walking distance of the villa.
